Wendy
Steginsky, PoetryWITS Editor
Wendy
Steginsky attributes her love for poetry to growing up on
the water in Bermuda. She's sure the rhythm of the sea seeped
into her blood and bones at an early age.
In
the infant days of the online literary magazine, Wild
River Review, she was managing editor. She was also
program director at the Writers Room in Doylestown,
PA.
In
2009 she was selected to read her poetry in the Bermuda
Festival of the Performing Arts, a celebration honoring
Bermuda's 400th anniversary. Her poems have been published
in Bermuda Anthology of Poetry, Volumes I and II.
She is a member of the board of Buckingham Friends School
and is an ordained interfaith minister. She teaches ESL
and enjoys conducting poetry workshops for teenagers.
